Get your WhatsApp channel link

WhatsApp Channels are the broadcast tool — one-way updates to followers, no group chat, no phone numbers exchanged. That’s the one you want for a storefront doable. (A WhatsApp group exposes every member’s number to every other member; never put one behind a public discount.)

Copy the link

1. Open WhatsApp and go to the Updates tab.
2. Tap your channel. If you don’t have one, tap + → New channel and create it first.
3. Tap the channel name at the top to open channel info.
4. Tap Copy link (or Share channel link → Copy link).

You’ll have something like https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va....

Paste it into Symbiotic

1. Symbiotic → Doables → Join our WhatsApp channel → Add.
2. Paste the link into Link to open.
3. Set the reward and Save, then Turn on.

Before you switch it on

Channel followers are not a marketing list you can do whatever you like with. WhatsApp’s own rules apply, and a channel that posts nothing but discount codes gets muted fast. Post the way you’d post to a story: new arrivals, restocks, behind-the-scenes, occasionally an offer.

Troubleshooting

No Updates tab. The device is on an old WhatsApp version, or you’re on WhatsApp Business for a region where Channels rolled out later. Update the app first.

The link opens a “Channel not found” page. You copied an invite to a channel that is still in draft, or the channel was deleted. Re-open channel info and copy again.
