Get your Shop app store link

The Shop app is the one social account in this list that Shopify already gave you. If your store meets Shopify’s eligibility requirements, your store and products are listed in Shop automatically and the Shop sales channel appears in your admin — no application, no setup.

A follower there is worth more than a follower almost anywhere else, for one reason: they’re already signed in with a saved address and card. There’s no funnel between seeing your post and buying.

Find your Shop store link

1. In your Shopify admin, open the Shop channel under Sales channels. (If it isn’t listed, your store isn’t eligible yet — check Shopify’s Shop Merchant Guidelines.)
2. Open your Shop Store — this is the page shoppers see inside the app, with your branding, products and collections.
3. Use the channel’s own view/share control to open or copy the public link to that page. It’s a shop.app address.

If you can’t find a share control, get it from the app instead — this works every time:

1. Install the Shop app on your phone and search for your store.
2. Open your store’s page.
3. Tap the share icon and choose Copy link.

Either route gives you the same public shop.app URL. Paste whichever one you get.

Shopify moves things around in this channel more often than most. Before you paste the link, open it in a private browser window on your phone — you should land on your store’s page in the app or on a web preview of it, not on a generic Shop landing page.

Paste it into Symbiotic

1. Symbiotic → Doables → Follow us on the Shop app → Add.
2. Paste the link into Link to open.
3. Set the reward — 3% is our default.
4. Save, then Turn on.

Also add the Follow on Shop button

The doable earns you followers from shoppers who are haggling. The Follow on Shop button earns them from everyone else. It’s a theme block you can add in Online Store → Themes → Customize; search the block list for Follow on Shop.

The two don’t compete. One is paid for with a discount, one is free.

Troubleshooting

No Shop channel in the admin. Eligibility is Shopify’s call and it’s based on the store’s standing, not on anything you can toggle. Check the Shop Merchant Guidelines in the Help Center.

The link opens the App Store instead of your page. That’s what happens on a device without the app installed — Shopify sends people to install it first, then deep-links through. It’s not broken, but expect a lower completion rate from desktop shoppers. Consider keeping this doable’s reward modest for that reason.
